_{Here's how I do my pixels if anyone was wondering

Didn't now what category to put it in, since it told me that Miscellaneous was closed or something...
...but I don't use MS Paint, only for cropping and editing, other than that, Paint Tool SAI. Mainly because it's easier to pick out colors.

1. Get a base that's not to complicated.
2. Re-size it to your liking.
3. Make a whole new pose; not exactly using it the way it looks.
4. Erase the stuff behind your new pose.
5. Give an idea of what outfit you want, don't just wing it.
6. Lineart.
7. Color it in with colors you want.
8. Shade it and get a texture for the shirt -> [link]
9. Shade the hair and skin a bit more, and done!

The blush, is actually not pixeled, because I'm a cheater

Not sure if you are interested in my pixeling, that or you need a visual to see how I do other pixels as well.
